Duskr is built to keep your data yours. Everything you log stays on your device. We don't run servers that hold your information, we don't require an account, and we can't see your training, nutrition, photos, or health data.
Duskr ("we", "us") is a fitness and nutrition app developed by Taylor Williams, based in New Zealand. You can reach us at support@duskr.fit.
The information you enter — workouts, sets, routines, food logs, weigh-ins, body measurements, progress photos, and your profile and goals — is stored locally on your device inside the app. It is not uploaded to us. We do not operate servers that receive or store this data.
If you enable iCloud sync in a future version, your data is stored in your own private iCloud account using Apple's infrastructure. That copy is tied to your Apple ID and is not accessible to us.
With your explicit permission, Duskr can read your step count, active energy, and bodyweight from Apple Health, and write your weigh-ins and completed workouts back to it. This exchange happens on your device between Duskr and Apple Health. We do not receive, store, or transmit your Health data, and we never use it for advertising or share it with third parties. You can revoke this access at any time in the Apple Health app.
Progress photos you take are stored inside the app on your device. If you turn on the optional "save to camera roll" setting, copies are also saved to your device's photo library. Photos are never uploaded to us.
Duskr does not include third-party analytics or advertising software, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Because your data lives on your device, you control it. You can edit or delete entries in the app, export a backup at any time, and remove all data by deleting the app. If you use iCloud sync, deleting the app's iCloud data removes the synced copy.
Duskr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
